The picture is of the fire house on the northeastern corner of West street and New Street. 

The building is 2.5 stories, sided with brick. It's style is minimal Colonial Revival.

There are two gabled dormers on the roof. These have 8 over 8 windows, and the sides of the dormers are white clapboarded. There are 5 windows, 8 over 8 on the second floor. These have sills of the light colored stone.

Ther are three fire truck bays on the first floor. These have sliding doors with a 3 by 4 arrangement of windows om tje vertical center, with bands of white-painted wood on the top and bottom. There are black lantern-like lighting fixtures immediately over the easternmost and westernmost truck doors. Above the center door is a light-colored stone plaque with the words " Sharon Fire Company." There is another black lantern-like fixture over the plaque. There are low bushes bewteen each truck door. There is a regular entry door on the western end of the first floor.

In front of the driveway, there is a sign for " Conn 4 " pointing down New Street.

A 40's era car is parked on New Street.

There is a very large Maple < ? > tree to the east of the building, next to the street.
