Victor Cuevas sat for an interview on January 30, 1996 by Ruth Glasser. Victor was born in New York to Puerto Rican immigrants, but moved to Waterbury when he was eight years old. He discusses some of his struggles early in life and the inequality that faced other Hispanics in the work place during the 1970's.
