Wood Leather Metal

Single roller skate with a wooden footbed and two leather wheels held by metal disks. Has a leather ankle strap. The buckle is missing. Nails on the sides of the wooden foot suggest the skate once had straps at the front of the foot. "3" impressed into the arch area of the skate.  A label on the underside reads "Nellie (?) Scranton" (1868-1955)
