Doll dressed in bright blue sailor suit, flat topped hat, white V-shaped collar, black felt shoes, wide legged pants, all in felt. Hand holding red ribbon labeled "MS Vulcania." (an Italian cruise ship from 1929-1974). Painted papier-mâché face, short blonde hair. Has significant pest damage throughout. 
5.5" tall.
