Powderhorn: "JEAMS HULL HORN MADE AT KILLINGWORTH JEN THE 22 DAY 17581 POWDER WITH MY BROTHER BAUL A HERO LIKE I CONQUOR ALL" Designs: a large ship and small ship, a building, possibly a meetinghouse, arms tent with flag, rectangular designs (?battlefields), round-topped structures (?tents, hills), vines. Capt. James Hull, 1745-1820. Buried in Southwest District Cemetery. Establishes that there was a James Hull in North Killingworth. Son of Josiah Hull and Elizabeth Buell. Purchased by Thomas Lentz on eBay from valleyforgeantiques, 11/16/16, $1,400.
