One pair of clear plastic gloves, folded in a sealed clear plastic bag. Contents inside shows rectangular cardboard instructions and two rubber bands. Cardboard paper instructions read, "SURVIVAL SUPPLIES / FURNISHED BY OFFICE F CIVIL DEFENSE / DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE / PLASTIC GLOVES / THESE PLASTIC GLOVES ARE PRIMARILY FOR USE IN PUBLIC SHELTERS DURING AN EMERGENCY. THEY ARE FOR USE OF LATRINE ORDERLIES AND OTHERS IN SUPERVISING THE COMMODE OPERATION AND IN PERFORMING DUTIES DURING WHICH THE HANDS MUST BE KEPT FREE OF CONTAMINATION. RUBBER BANDS ARE INCLUDED FOR TIGHT FIT AT WRISTS".
